Who has the power?

Who has the power,

me or the situation,

I wonder!!!

Wet all over

Wet all over,
shaking to the bone,

I wonder,
He who makes 'heat' makes 'water'
He who makes 'darkness' makes 'sunshine' too

And I wander, now happily further.

I was in Chail, Himachal Pradesh, near Shimla for a NGO Training workshop.

On a particular day, early morning walk.....

I was frightened., frightened of the silence and that I was alone. I didn't have the guts to go further on. I started back.... to the noises.

I wonder why?
... this "silence" was terrifying.

Power of the "Fat"

Reducing weight is not a joke. There is a lot of 'power resistance' that "fat" has. But conquer you will I... come what may.

Journey on....

Lying on the bed, I wonder,

Lying on the bed, I wonder,
How much the 'fan' has ...,
Can I put it on & off as and when I want,
Or does it have a life of it's own

Do I control the fan, or does the heat control me to control the fan?

And then what about us??

Thoughts on the days, I was down & out with viral fever last week.
